State Cricket Academy T-20 Championship (Kulgam)
SRINAGAR: Kaisar Nisar bagged a five-wicket haul to bowl his side Kulgam Kings to title victory beating Wild Warriors in the finals of district Kulgam leg of State Cricket Academy T-20 Championship played on Wednesday.
Thanks to Kaisar’s incisive spell, Kulgam Kings were able to bowl out Wild Warriors for just 98 after electing to bat first.
For Warriors, Samiullah made 27 while Nadeem and Rasik contributed 24 and 25 respectively.
Chasing a small target , Kings took their own time to reach the target with three overs to spare, losing only five wickets.
Muzamil Yaqoob made 14 while Kaiser scored 15 not out to make sure Kings didn’t suffer any hiccups.
Kaiser was chosen man of the match.
Star J&K cricketer Abid Nabi gave away prizes to winning and runner up teams.
