Pulwama, Feb 27: Block level competitions for Khelo India have started in Lassipora and Shadimarg blocks of District Pulwama.
According to the In charge Stadium Pulwama, more than 800 aspiring sports players are participating in the competitions under Khelo India Scheme.
He further added that the players will be competing in different disciplines of sports including Kabaddi, Volleyball & Wushu on Day 01.
It is pertinent to mention here that J&K State Sports Council has organised largest ever sports festival in the history of state where 1,20,000 players are participating across 22 districts of J&K.
Competitions under the scheme will be organized in all districts of the state, informed the sports council official.
