The two water sports players have been selected for India Camp in Canoe Slalom discipline that is scheduled to be held at Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
Villayat Hussain and Muneer Ahmad Malik performed brilliantly during recently held National Canoe Slalom championship that was held at Meneshwar Indore MP. On the basis of their performance both have been for India camp that would be sponsored by Sports Authority of India and will be held under the banner of Indian Kayaking and Canoeing Association.
“Both these players are extremely talented and have proven their track record at National level. I am confident that they will do well in the camp and will get selected for Asian championship,” said International water sports coach of Valley, Bilques Mir.
