Around 200 girls participated in open selection trials for SFA Girls Unit Leh. 40 girls were selected by the selection committee headed by Sh Javeed ah Sofi, Sh Muzamil Mahmoud and Stanzin Lakpa and the process was Coordinated by JKSSC Coach Tsering Angmo & SFA Women’s Coach Leh Shahnaz
The opening function was presided over by Executive Councilor Health and Youth Services in Leh & JKSSC Member Mr Gyal Namgyal and Mrs. Rigzen Lamo Women Councilor LAHDC Leh.
With this launch SFA Completed set up of its 7 girls football academy units in Jammu, Kathua, Srinagar, Budgam, Baramulla, Bandipora & Leh. Aiming to complete in all 22 districts by the end of playing season.
